The boat takes you onto the river for a mist-filled view from below. Journey Behind the Falls brings you into the tunnels and viewing areas beside Horseshoe Falls. They are separate paid attractions: choose the package that expressly lists the experience you want, rather than assuming both come with every ticket.
Choose the boat when it is operating.
Niagara City Cruises operates from the Canadian side. Boats run seasonally and are weather-dependent, so the booking calendar and package details for your travel date are the place to check availability. Maid of the Mist is a different operation on the USA side.
Choose Journey Behind the Falls.
This attraction offers a different view through the tunnels and viewing areas beside the Falls. Check date availability and any restrictions for the actual visit. A boat closure does not automatically mean Journey admission is included instead; substitutions follow the booked package terms.
Know what the day includes.
Read the full itinerary in the connected booking product for your transport, guiding, stops and free time. Meals, attraction upgrades and personal purchases are separate unless expressly listed. Your confirmation identifies your pickup. If you want to combine Niagara-on-the-Lake with attractions, check that your exact route includes the town stop or request a private itinerary.

Is the boat cruise included?
Only if your selected package expressly includes Niagara City Cruises admission. The base sightseeing option does not automatically include it. Check your date because boat operation is seasonal and weather-dependent.
Is Journey Behind the Falls included?
Only if it is listed in the package you select. Journey admission and boat admission are separate experiences; one is not automatically included with the other.
Is Niagara City Cruises the Maid of the Mist?
No. Niagara City Cruises operates the sightseeing boat experience on the Canadian side. Maid of the Mist is the USA-side operation. Check your tour's country and included operator before booking.
Does the boat operate every day of the year?
No. Service is seasonal and depends on the operator's schedule and conditions. Check whether the boat package is offered for your travel date. Do not assume a fixed opening or closing date from a previous year.
What happens if a booked attraction cannot operate?
The options depend on the attraction, the selected package and its booking terms. Contact reservations for the arrangements applicable to your booking. An automatic substitute or refund should not be assumed unless the terms provide it.
Do pre-booked tickets remove every queue?
No. Pre-arranged admission may avoid a ticket-purchase queue where offered, but boarding, security, elevator and other operational queues may still apply. Priority access exists only where specifically included.
